We here at Harmony stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will issue you a refund to your credit/debit card or exchange the product with another if returned within 20 business days.

Please note that we can only accept returns on purchases through PalmettoHarmony.com and are unable to process returns on products purchased from a third-party retailer.
Return Policy
Please follow the instructions below to return your purchase:
Fill out the following return form with information about what products you are returning and why:
- This form must be filled out within 20 business days from purchase to be eligible for a refund.
- Upon completion please wait one to two business days to hear back from us.
- We will notify you via email once your refund/exchange has begun processing. In this email we will include a FedEx return label that you can print out and place on the packaging your product was delivered in.
- Once we receive the products, we will issue a refund to the card that was used to place the order. Please allow up to 4 business days from receipt of returned items to process a return and credit your account. The credit should appear on your statement within 2 full billing cycles.
